How does delivery to my residence actually work?+

We partner directly with residence life offices at 40+ Canadian universities. When you order with your school + room number, we coordinate the timing so your package arrives the week of move-in. It's waiting in your room or at the residence office when you arrive.

What if my school isn't a partner?+

No problem — we ship Canada-wide. If your school isn't a direct partner, we'll deliver to your home address or nearest Canada Post pickup point ahead of move-in. You can also reach out to suggest your school for partnership.

Can I track my package?+

Yes. You'll receive email updates at each stage: confirmation, delivery scheduled, and delivered. Many parents say the email tracking is one of their favourite things about ordering from us.

When will my package arrive?+

For move-in packages: typically 1–3 days before your residence move-in date, scheduled within the residence's official window. For care packages and add-ons (sent during the school year): 3–5 business days standard, 1–2 days express.

What if no one's there to receive it?+

For partner residences, the residence life office holds your package securely until you arrive. For non-partner shipping, packages can be left at the address or held at a Canada Post location for pickup.

How much is shipping?+
