Twin/Twin XL

• Perfect for upgraded residence beds or off-campus housing

The topper is vacuum-packed for easier shipping and may appear flatter when first opened. Allow approximately 48 hours for it to fully expand and regain its natural loft.

To help restore fluffiness, gently shake and pat the topper after opening. If needed, tumble dry on low heat for approximately 20 minutes. Always follow the care instructions on the product label.

No problem—you can still place an order! At checkout, just enter your delivery address. We recommend reviewing your residence’s official packing list or contacting their housing office for any specific guidelines.

We understand that plans can shift! If you need to cancel or return your order, we’re here to help.

To request a cancellation, just email us at contactus@mydormstore.ca. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to process a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already shipped or arrived, we’ll work with you to return it. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
