How does delivery to my residence work?
We partner directly with your residence office to coordinate a move-in window. Your package will be waiting in your room or at the residence office when you arrive.
What if my school isn't listed?
We ship across Canada. If your school isn't a direct partner, we'll deliver to your home address or your nearest Canada Post pickup point before move-in.
Can I customize what's in my package?
Yes. Start with a bundle, add or remove items, and save as you bundle — up to 25% off.
What bed size do I need?
Most Canadian dorms use Twin XL (39" x 80"). We check your residence specs automatically once you select your school.
Can I send a care package to a student who isn't me?
Absolutely — care packages are our most popular parent gift. Add a note and we'll hand-write it on the card.
