Delivery
    My Dorm Store offers delivery across Canada and the United States. We partner with select university and college residences to deliver everything straight to your dorm before you arrive! At checkout, you’ll see a full list of our current residence partners.

    Not seeing your residence?
    No problem—you can still place an order! At checkout, just enter your delivery address. We recommend reviewing your residence’s official packing list or contacting their housing office for any specific guidelines.

    Please note: A flat $10 delivery fee applies to all orders, unless your total is $200 or more—then delivery is free!

Returns / Warranty
    Changed your mind? No worries.
    We understand that plans can shift! If you need to cancel or return your order, we’re here to help.

    To request a cancellation, just email us at contactus@mydormstore.ca. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to process a full refund to your original payment method.

    If your order has already shipped or arrived, we’ll work with you to return it. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

    Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
