Laurie When I ordered online I was a little worried as I had never used this site before. Everything was perfect. My daughter was so surprised. She and her friends raved how delicious the cake was and how special she felt with all the birthday décor. Great service. They sent pictures of the items that were being sent to my email and I could track it the whole time. The cake came from a bakery, not just a grocery store. I would gladly order again!

Manish KOHLI Sandra is the most amazing Customer service rep. She is extremely prompt, efficient and supportive with email response. This was my daughters 1st B'day away from home and Sandra ensured the B'day care package is delivered to her on time albeit all the changes I made/weekend delivery etc.
