We ship directly to the Hawk Shop. Once you place your order, you'll receive tracking updates and estimated delivery timelines. All move-in packages are scheduled to arrive in time for your school’s designated move-in window—no stress, no surprises.
Yes! Wilfrid Laurier University students will be able to pick-up their order at the Hawk Shop on move-in day!
Yes, we offer pre-designed packages that include everything you need for your dorm. However, you can also customize your own package by selecting individual items from our store. Want to adjust one of our curated kits? Reach out—we’re happy to help you tailor it to your needs!
We recommend ordering as soon as possible to guarantee we have your items in stock. However, we understand things can get hectic and will do our best to accommodate last-minute orders whenever possible.
Our move-in packages are built in collaboration with student residences to include exactly what you need to settle in comfortably—like bedding, towels, toiletries, laundry essentials, and more. If your residence is one of our partners, the package is tailored specifically for your building’s layout and requirements.
Nope! When you check out, you can select your residence from our list. If we partner with your residence, we’ll make sure your order is the correct size and includes everything required for your specific room type.
If we don’t yet partner with your school, you can still order! Just review your residence’s packing list or reach out—we’re happy to help you choose exactly what you need for move-in.
You can still place an order! Just select your school or “Not Listed” at checkout and browse our curated kits or build your own. We recommend checking your residence's official packing list or contacting their housing office for guidelines. Need help deciding?
