My Dorm Store ships everything you need for move-in directly to your residence — but to guarantee delivery before move-in day, your order needs to be placed by the deadline below.
Why we have a deadline.
Every order placed by the deadline is picked, packed, and shipped in time to arrive at your residence before move-in day.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
Orders are still accepted after the deadline, but delivery can't be guaranteed before move-in.

When exactly does the deadline close?
Friday of the second week of August, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. For 2026, that's Friday, August 14.
Can I get an extension?
The deadline is a fulfillment cutoff. Late orders are still processed (see above), but delivery before move-in cannot be guaranteed.
Where does my order get delivered?
Directly to your room at your residence. You don't need to be there for delivery. We coordinate with your residence's operations team to have everything in place before you arrive.
What if I want to change or cancel my order after I place it?
You can add to your order anytime before the deadline by placing an additional order. To cancel or modify items, contact contactus@mydormstore.ca within 48 hours of placing your order.
What about year-round care packages?
Care packages (birthday, holiday, exam-period, monthly subscription) have no deadline — they can be ordered anytime throughout the academic year. Browse care packages.
