What size is the bedding?
All bedding is Twin XL or Full — the standard size for Canadian university residences. Regular twin sheets are 4 inches too short, which is why generic bedding doesn't fit dorm beds.
What's the difference between Basic, Standard, Complete, and Deluxe?
Basic is your essentials (sheets, pillows). Complete adds a mattress topper and storage. Deluxe adds a premium topper and for top-tier comfort.
How is bedding shipped before move-in?
We coordinate with 40+ Canadian residence offices to deliver during your move-in window. Your package will be waiting in your room or at the residence office when you arrive.
Can I customize a package?
Yes. Start with a bundle and add or remove items, or use Build Your Own to start from scratch. The more you bundle, the more you save — up to 25%.
How does washing work?
