How is everything billed?
You pay My Dorm Store directly at checkout using a credit card or other standard payment method. Charges do not appear on your residence ledger or rent statement.
Do I have to buy the Essentials Kit?
No — it's recommended for every resident and we've added it to your cart by default, but you can remove it any time before checkout. If you remove it, your room will not include the mattress protector, shower curtain, bath mat, or waste bin.
When will my order arrive?
Everything is delivered to your room before your move-in date. The Essentials Kit is pre-installed by our team in coordination with your residence. You'll get a confirmation email and a shipping update the week before move-in.
Can I change my order later?
Yes — you can add or remove bundles up to 14 days before your move-in date. After that, additions are still possible but may ship to your residence after you arrive. Email contactus@mydormstore.ca anytime.
What if something doesn't fit or I don't like it?
We offer 30-day easy returns. If something doesn't work for you, contact us within 30 days of move-in for a full refund or replacement.
