They went above and beyond what I had expected to not only help, but to also provide the best care package for my daughter to ensure she knows how much she is loved and missed during her first few weeks at University. When I ordered online I was a little worried as I had never used this site before. Everything was perfect. My daughter was so surprised. She and her friends raved how delicious the cake was and how special she felt with all the birthday décor. Great service. They sent pictures of the items that were being sent to my email and I could track it the whole time. The cake came from a bakery, not just a grocery store. I would gladly order again!

I purchased the Bedding Essentials from the dorm store, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The quality of the sheets and pillowcases is excellent—they're soft, comfortable, and perfect for a good night's sleep. The package included everything I needed to set up my bed, making my move-in process so much easier.

Sandra is the most amazing Customer service rep. She is extremely prompt, efficient and supportive with email response. This was my daughters 1st B'day away from home and Sandra ensured the B'day care package is delivered to her on time albeit all the changes I made/weekend delivery etc.
